For secure Credit Card payments, we use PayGate (Pty) Ltd, the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. This is the ideal option for urgent orders as payments are cleared for shipping within minutes. No payment requests or Credit Card data is recorded on our site. When you request a Credit Card payment, your salesperson sends you a secure PayGate payment link with ‘3DSecure’ (you confirm a password via SMS or e-mail). PayGate sends us a payment confirmation and your goods are released. For more details on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
“EFT” Payment notifications:
When making Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT), the “payment notice” alone is not sufficient confirmation of payment, as our account office must confirm receipt of payment prior to the release of your order. Please e-mail or fax your payment notification (ie. proof of payment). Once your payment reflects on our bank statement, your order will be dispatched immediately. Please use your name / invoice number as reference on your deposit which will assist our account office to trace your payment.
Please email your payment notice, without it, your delivery could be delayed.
Deposits from any bank other than Standard Bank may take 24 to 48 hours to reflect. These delays are unavoidable. If your bank offers immediate clearance to Standard Bank, we recommend you select this option. Studio22 cannot he held liable for loss or damages resulting in the delay of goods. We always try our best to ensure speedy delivery.
In order to arrange the fastest delivery, please do not make cheque deposits at a branch, this could take up to 7 days to clear. If you have no other alternative, (If you must make a deposit at a branch,) we recommend doing a cash deposit at a Standard Bank branch.
In-store EFT solution:
By prior arrangement only, we can release goods after an EFT payment processed in our store. This transaction must be discussed with management before transfer takes place.
