1. The Human Interface.
Every order is manually processed by one of the Studio22 team, in-house. Orders are physically read and individually processed on a separate off-line network. We do not use automated transaction software, we use a human interface.
2. No Credit Card details are requested!
We do not accept any credit card details or payment information via our website. All electronic payments are processed separately from our online store.
- Credit card payments are processed via 3D Secure directly on the Paygate payment gateway.
- PayPal payments are processed from your PayPal account. No link from our website.
- EFT (electronic fund transfer) payments are processed from your own online banking site directly to ours.
By separating each order from any electronic processing, you can be assured your information does not risk getting in the wrong hands.
Shoppers have more time to think about their purchase. As we do not request payment during the online ordering process, our “human interfaces” only process orders during business hours.
This allows you to be spontaneous, with no regrets.
As complete orders are dispatched to the couriers at the end of each working day, payments need not delay the process, and you receive your goods fast, possibly even faster than other online stores.
