When will my order be ready?
Studio22online operates on a standard 7-day production cycle for all framing and mounting products. You will be notified of the estimated completion date via email once your order is scheduled for production. Please be aware that the timeline may be subject to change if our production team is at full capacity. Once your order is ready for dispatch or pickup, a notification email will be sent to you from our server. Please note that express orders may incur additional fees.
Payment Options.
After submitting your order, select the payment option that suits you best. Please visit our Payment page to learn more. We provide multiple payment options for you to choose from, including Payfast, EFT, Snapscan, Zapper, and PayPal when placing your order.
Pickup or Delivery
Photo Products and Prints can be shipped nationwide, to your door or nearest Postnet or PAXI counter. Production time does not include delivery time. We currently offer 6 delivery options online.
Custom Sizes & Quotations
Our team is always happy to assist with product information, standard sizes and the options available on our website. However, custom sizing can involve considerably more than simply adjusting the price according to size. Even a change of just a few millimetres can affect material usage, standard sheet or component sizes, cutting plans, production methods and overall cost.
All standard products and sizes listed on this website have already been carefully calculated and priced with these factors in mind. For this reason, our team may not be able to provide an immediate price for specialist sizes or modified products. Any change to a listed size, specification or custom option will need to be formally calculated and quoted by management to ensure that the correct materials, production requirements and pricing are taken into account.
