Photo Products and Prints can be shipped nationwide, to your door or nearest Postnet or PAXI counter.

We currently offer 6 shipping options online.

  • In the event the shipping fee costs in excess of 10% more than the shipping cost by the courier, we reserve the right to change the shipping option or request a subsidy to deliver accordingly. NB. Applicable to regional areas as categorised by the courier industry. We may only know this once your complete order it booked in with the appropriate courier service. This does not apply to Postnet, PAXI or Cape Town delivery.
Pickup in Store : Studio22

You will be notified via e-mail from our server as soon as your order is ready for pickup. You may collect between 09h00 and 16h00 Monday to Friday from Studio22, in Monte Vista, Cape Town. 

PostNet – Collect from Counter

Postnet offers a fixed rate for Nationwide delivery, with 360 stores to collect from. You will be notified via e-mail from our server as soon as your order is ready to ship. We recommend you enter your nearest Postnet in the Shipping address. This service is 2-4 days depending on the location. Read more on the PostNet site.

Nationwide – To Your Door

This is the fastest option. We select the best “hand-to-hand” courier offering to your address. You will be notified via e-mail from our server as soon as your order is ready to ship. Delivery to most major cities is “Next Day”, regional areas differ between 2-6 days – we do our best to select the fastest courier service available to us at the time of booking within the budget fee. We recommend them for fast delivery to Main cities. 

Cape Town – To Your Door

We select a local courier. You will be notified via e-mail from our server as soon as your order is ready to be handed to our driver or courier. Delivery can be expected in 1-2 days relative our delivery route on those days.

PAXI – : 7-9 Days – Collect from Counter

PAXI offers the best budget, fixed rate, option for Nationwide delivery to over 2000 stores or pick-up points across South Africa. Visit PAXi.co.za to find your nearest PAXI collection point. We recommend you enter your nearest PAXI pick-up location in the Shipping address. You will be notified via e-mail from our server as soon as your order is ready to ship. This service is 7-9 days depending on the location. Read more on PAXI collections.

PAXI – : 3-5 Days – Collect from Counter

PAXI offers this fixed rate option with a selection of over 2000 pick-up points across South Africa. Visit PAXi.co.za to find your nearest PAXI collection point. We recommend you enter this in the Shipping address. You will be notified via e-mail from our server as soon as your order is ready to ship. This service is 3-5 days depending on the location. Tracking:

On the day we dispatch your order, we will send you tracking info. You will be able to view the progress of your delivery via the selected courier website. If you notice any irregularities, please notify us. It is vital that the contact number for the recipient is used in the event the courier needs to call. 

Sending large files:

We recommend sending your large files via www.wetransfer.com. It’s easy to use and needs no login account.

Over-sized items:

Where products for local delivery are oversized or quantities are greater than the capacity of personal delivery, delivery will need to be outsourced. Items like giant frames or canvasses may need courier companies with larger vehicles, in cases like these, the courier should be notified in advance in order to arrange the correct vehicles. Unless agreed in writing prior to the order being placed, this will be the responsibility of the client.
