Proof sheets are vital to ensure the end products is exactly what is needed, they are produced in SRA3 (330x420mm) with all appropriate crop marks and bleed showing. We are able to print on self-adhesive paper, the rate is an additional R8 per SRA3 Sheet.
Digital Press Printing:
The Canon Digital Press we use to print our coffee table photo books is a versatile machine, and allows us to expand on our range of print offerings. It is a production printer, built to print large volumes of work every hour. As we print on large sheets, we have a lot of capacity available to print additional work. Yes, there are cheaper ways to print. If you are not in a hurry or need large quantities of printing, then digital printing is not the solution, litho printing is going to win on price by far. The digital press is here to offer SUPER fast printing times, for full colour orders and in smaller print runs, this is where it thrives. As the individual cost to operate is far higher per print, it will never compete with litho on larger volumes.
