Business Cards – Press Printing:
Business Cards are printed on 350gsm premium coated matt white card with an option for single or double-sided printing. Card size 90x50mm in sets of 24 (please submit with 3mm bleed, this is 96x56mm).
Custom sizes and styles are available on request. Please watch the videos below if you need to know more about bleed and crop marks. The prices on this page, INCLUDE the first set-up fee. If additional proofs are required, the R75 fee will apply to any new proofs.

Supplying Your Own Business Card Design
If you are designing your own business card, please supply your artwork as a print-ready PDF.
We can also accept JPEG or PNG files, but they must be supplied at 300 DPI at the correct print size.
Business Card Size Requirements
Your file must be supplied at 96 x 56mm.
This includes:
- 90 x 50mm final trimmed business card size
- 3mm bleed on all sides
Please make sure all background colours, images, and design elements extend fully to the outside edge of the bleed area.
Keep all important text, logos, contact details, and QR codes safely inside the final 90 x 50mm trim area.
Important Checklist
Before sending your file, please check that:
- The artwork size is 96 x 56mm
- The final card size is 90 x 50mm
- There is 3mm bleed on every side
- The file is supplied as a print-ready PDF
- JPEG or PNG files are 300 DPI
- Text and logos are not too close to the edge
- Spelling, phone numbers, email addresses, and QR codes have been checked
Files supplied incorrectly may need to be adjusted before printing, which can delay production.

Corner rounding:
Add 30 cents for all four corners or 10 cents per corner, per card.

The software offers a wide range or existing business card designs and allows the user to upload images and adjust the text to personalise the card to their requirements. If you need one or 1000 cards, online is the most cost effective route without sacrificing quality. The Dakis server does all the work and sends us the print ready file, we need only set-up the page and printing can commence. You get a custom product uniquely printed just for you and delivered nationwide.
